This facility operates much like a hotel with housekeeping every 3 days during your stay. Check in and guest services are centralized, and the staff is great. Unit was very nice, very spacious. The two en-suite bedrooms were separated by the living space and could be closed off with their own doors. This particular unit was great for our family with 2 teenage kids; no shared beds! Pool was nice, beach was perfect for strong swimmers as there is some wave action there. And there is a nice beginners break for surfing right off the beach. If you want poolside service for snacks and drinks, this isn’t your spot. They do have fresh towels and chair covers available whenever you want, and for us that was all we needed! The only nit was when all doors were closed and the AC was on the unit did get a light funky smelling…but still a wonderful place. We plan on returning.

The property was a great mix of space and Amenities. Our 2 bedroom unit had a great living area and kitchen with lots of privacy for both the parents and teens when desired. Pool was good, never overcrowded. Kitchen well stocked as well. The wave break right off the hotel was good for Beginning surfing and the shore break was great for teens and sure footed adult kids alike. Lanai does have a good water view (WSW facing), so it’s not a full west facing view, but you can easily sit and have coffee and watch the waves roll in. The only nit was the unit did smell a bit funky (not the good kind) when left closed up with the AC running for the day Not a show stopper, and it aired out quickly once the may doors to the lanai were opened. Hopefully that gets resolved soon for the next guests.

Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate you booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
