Everything was top notch! We love staying at the Ali’i and we loved this unit. Plenty of room to spread out. The den with closing doors and bathroom was perfect for our daughter who wanted her privacy. Our son did fine sleeping on the comfy pull out sofa in the living room. The master bedroom was also private and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with their family. Loved the walk ability to Whaler’s Village and all it has to offer. Beautiful unit!

Paradise
We loved this resort and the location! The condo we stayed in had everything one could need! The kitchen was fully stocked with coking supplies plus cleaning items like dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, paper towels etc. it also has a washer/dryer unit, detergent, an iron and ironing board and hangers. The views were beautiful off the lanai…one side was a mountain viewand the other side was a partial beach view. The area is about 45 mins from the main town of Kahului but there’s a lot in the Kaanapali area. It’s just a bit of a commute to do some of the touristy things like Mt. Haleakala or the road to Hana. But we loved the location so much we didn’t mind the beautiful drives around. The beach and pool area of this resort are perfect and very well maintained. Having access to clean beach towels daily at the pool was so nice. We have nothing but positives about this great resort! We loved Kaanapali Alii and would definitely go back!!

Deposit

Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
