This two-bedroom, two-bath condo with an open floorplan offers sweeping ocean views and features a warm and inviting contemporary design. This spacious vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV with basic cable and an extra seating area to enjoy a book or your morning coffee. The large primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Wake up to ocean views in the second bedroom which has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The fully-equipped kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with bar seating for four and opens up into the living room providing a welcoming environment for everyone to gather around. A separate dining area seats six, or if you prefer to dine on your private lanai there is seating for four.

Beautiful condo, clean, amazing location, easy parking. We’ve visited Maui many times and this is the nicest place we’ve stayed. Kitchen did not have the basics (spices, baking ingredients) but otherwise it was perfect. Pool wasn’t super fun for kids but we were able to buy a day pass for the Westin next door to enjoy the slides and kid area. No restaurant / bar on site is another downside but you can walk to the Westin and bring it back. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! Beautifully decorated and spacious. Rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. View was picturesque! Loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shopping!

Perfect
This place was perfect for our family gathering. We were able to cook meals together with a great kitchen that was stocked with all the utensils needed. The location was great. We could see whales and Spinner dolphins from our balcony. It was also a very walk-able location to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the decor. It was inviting and comfortable.

Deposit

• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
