Kaanapali Alii 4113

This was a great property at an excellent location. Loved everything about this unit, except for the bed. I like more of a firm mattress and this one was just too soft for me even after removing the mattress topper; however, I'm sure it would be ideal for those who like soft mattresses. Aside from that, our stay there was excellent. The views are amazing from the unit and the property was very clean and also very quiet. The location of the beach couldn't have been better. The host was also wonderful and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Kaanapali Alii Resort again!

Highly recommend this condo - it was so well designed and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay from beach chairs to board games. The owners were very helpful and always prompt in responding to messages. It was also a pleasant surprise to get the top notch service of the Ali’i concierge. The only recommendation I have for the owners is to consider adding vent fans to the bathrooms as they get quite humid and warm when the showers are running.

My family and were taken aback about the decor of the condo. My wife is a interior designer and she gives it a 10 out of 10. It was clean, modern, all the applicants worked well and the location was great. In the few times I had to communicate with the property owners, the got back to me immediately before my stay. The resort staff was friendly, attentive followed through. We all agreed we would stay there again in a Maui minute.

The condo is absolutely beautiful - attention paid to tiny details. The view of the mountains is stunning. The condo was perfectly appointed for our family's weeklong stay. The location couldn't have been better - moments from Whaler's Village. Paul went above and beyond sharing three pages of tips and ticks about Maui and we took some of his suggestions which were great. My family can't wait to return to Maui and we will stay in Paul and Caitlin's rental again!

This was my first family’s trip to Hawaii and we couldn’t have picked a better property, or rented from better owners. The condo and property were impeccably clean and condo was so spacious. Sitting on patio overlooking the mountains was the perfect start to each day. We definitely took advantage of having a fully stocked kitchen and a supermarket only a few minutes away, as there is no restaurant on the property. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful property with nice pool, bbq, parking, residence, etc. Not as fancy schmanzy as several properties on either side, but not as costly either! Perfect for keeping costs under control, eating at home, and still enjoying beautiful beach. Great proximity to Whaler's Village, with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as an ABC mini market which was nice to have close to us.

We absolutely loved the condo, beaches and area of Kaanapali Alli. This was our 1st time visiting Hawaii and this was exactly what we were wanting. The condo was just like the pictures. We grocery shopped so we ate most meals at the complex. We grilled twice and those worked well. Not a long walk to the beach. Donna (the concierge) planned our snorkeling (Gemini-would recommend) and pineapple plantation visit (would also recommend) so we didn’t have to do much other than show up. Would recommend this condo and area.

We had a great time at Kaanapali Alii! The condo was very well equipped, from the kitchen to the beach essentials. We loved having the gas grills by the pool also. Great location, you can walk all along the beach and lots of activities close by. We would definitely stay here again, Mahalo!

Our family stayed here in June 2021. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for us. Everything was in working order and kept up very well. Linens and towels were high quality. This condo is located in Kaanapali one of the best stretches of resort beaches on Maui. Whalers Village is an outdoor mall within walking distance with retail shopping, a convenience store and restaurants accessed by a lovely beach front path. There are many activities (sailing, surfing, parasailing etc) that can be accessed within walking distance. The staff at the building provided us with excellent service. Our 16 and 18 year old daughters loved it as well. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This Alii residence was the best of both worlds, we had a condo with a kitchen and 2 rooms with 2 baths, great for teenagers and adults. The lanai view was breathtaking and I wish I didn't have to ever leave. While it was great to have the kitchen, there was also BBQs available to use by the pool and restaurants easily accessible at hotels around us. The Alii also had chairs to use for the beach. We had friends staying in two other units in the same building and we felt like we had the best unit with larger lanai and the full second bedroom with a door. We are already planning another trip back. Mahalo!

Our family had a great time at the Kaanapali Alii. The beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated condo on the top floor was just perfect. We only cooked breakfast a few times and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for any meal. The beach was great and the location was great, plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also very convenient location for day trips to other beaches, etc. There were 2 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which you could take with you on a day excursion as well as the pool towels but be sure to return them :) The owners, Paul and Caitlin were very responsive to any questions and also sent area suggestions for day trips and restaurants which was very helpful. The lenai was great for morning coffee or really anytime during the day/evening. I can't say enough about this place. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

This place is amazing and has everything you need if you want to cook, do laundry, exercise or just lay out an an awesome pool. Restaurants and shops just a few minute walk in either direction on a beach path. I want to come back already!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this spectacular unit! Every morning we were greeted with the most beautiful views and cooked breakfast in the amazing kitchen. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to Whaler’s village which had all the shopping and dining you could ask for. The beach was wonderful, with excellent snorkeling right in front of the unit as well as at Black Rock, just a few minutes walk away. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!!!

We had an amazing stay at Kaanapali Alii. The building grounds were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool, sunset views and easy access to one of the best beaches in Maui. Whalers Village is just steps away where we enjoyed many nice lunches and great shopping. Paul and Caitlin's unit was perfect! Really clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. They were easy to communicate with and provided a great list of activity/food recommendations before we arrived. It was everything and more we could ask for!

We absolutely loved our stay at Paul and Caitlin’s condo in Kaanapali Alii! The incredible views of the sunrise from behind the mountains and partly of the ocean from our lanai were breathtaking - it was the perfect place to spread out my yoga mat in the morning. The unit was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped for our family, and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed a game or two in the living room equipped with a large 75” TV. The decor is outstanding with each detail meticulously planned. Paul is an incredible host, he was very responsive to all our needs.The resort itself is fantastic – beautiful pools, direct beach access, and just a short walk to Whalers Village for dining and shopping or surf lessons right outside the property, which was so convenient.It was hard to leave but we hope to comeback very soon!
