We had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay! It was just as we’d hoped, and the location was perfect for a relaxing, peaceful escape with beautiful beachfront views. The condo was a lovely 5-star property, complete with super comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with amazing window views. The automatic shades were a great touch. The washer and dryer, along with the 8th-floor location, were also a plus. If I had the chance, I’d definitely come back next year!

We stayed at a beautiful condo at Kaanapali Alii with a fabulous view! We welcomed the view and loved whale watching from our Lanai.
The staff at the Kaanapali Alii was exceptional in all areas, and we feel blessed to have stayed there. Coral Tree was very responsive to questions before and during our stay.
We will definitely stay at Kaanapali Alii again!

Our family usually stays in the Wailea/Kihei area, but this time we wanted to try something new. We chose the Kaanapali Alii, and this unit #486, based on the view, location and floorplan size. We were absolutely impressed. It was spotless, extremely well provisioned, and the beds and linens were top notch. We loved the big sliding patio doors that led onto the balcony - which we like to keep open, and the large number of windows offering an amazing view of the ocean, pool, and surrounding hills. The complex is very well maintained, and we loved the pools and hot tubs. We didn't have any trouble finding pool chairs at various times in the day, and we were also provided with beach chairs any time we wanted to sit on the gorgeous beach out front.
Our family enjoyed surfing, snorkelling, and swimming right out front of the resort. We also loved the free coffee in the mornings at the gazebo, and the friendly vibe at the bbq area at night. We will definitely be back!

I think I am the first to review this property and wasn't sure about staying in a property with no reviews. But what I will say is that everything was literally perfect. The residence was perfect. The view was perfect. This location on the ocean is also perfect because it has beach with no rocks compared to the other beaches in front of the other hotels which have very small amount of sand and rocks in the water. It's walking distance to everything. We didn't want to leave. Inside the residence, from the living room to kitchen to the bedrooms and the huge bathrooms, everything was wonderful. The patio also gets good shade so that the sun is not beaming down and you can actually sit outside And enjoy the pool and ocean view from morning until nighttime. I will definitely stay at this place again in this specific residence.

• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
30 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Conditions:
• The primary condominium renter must be 25 year of age.
• The occupancy in a two or three bedroom condo will not exceed six guests. The
occupancy in a one-bedroom condo will not exceed four guests.
Fees:
• There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. (*See below on what service
fee includes)
• There is a check out cleaning fee of $395 (for one-bedrooms) and $495 (for two and
three bedrooms) plus applicable taxes at Kaanapali Alii.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $119, plus tax if applicable, will be applied
to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental
damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $3,000.
